Setup: 6:30 am – 1:00 pm
Breakdown: 8:30 pm – June 27th
Vendor maps will be emailed by June 17th, 2026.
Add info@rehobethredwhiteboom.com to your Safe Sender list.
All vendors MUST be fully unloaded by 1pm and setup by 2pm! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Entrances to unloading areas will be closed at 1pm sharp.
Failure to arrive in time to meet the 1pm deadline will result in forfeiting your space.
No Breakdown until 8:30pm.
No vehicle loading until main parking lot is cleared.
